TILT InnerPassport

What TILT InnerPassport
actually looks like.

For leaders ready to understand the commitment, the content, and the community.

On “inner development”

This isn't therapy, wellness programming, or retreat culture. InnerPassport applies rigorous, research-backed frameworks to the actual challenges leaders face: how to hold complexity without reacting, how to communicate across deep difference, and how to build the relational trust that makes systems move.

The development is practical, embodied, and directly connected to your work.

| Common Questions |

What is the real time commitment?

Each activation takes place immediately before or after a summit already on your calendar. Three activations total roughly six days of programming across the year. Between activations, the cohort stays connected through a shared community of practice with light touchpoints that fit around your work.

How is this different from other programming I’ve seen before?

InnerPassport is leadership development at the intersection of art, science, and practice. Frameworks are research-grounded. The experience is experiential and embodied. The context is always your actual work and the systems you operate in.

What does access to all three summits mean?

Each organization anchors one of three global convenings. Your seat includes full conference admission to all three ( Nutrition 2026 in Maryland, fTalks Food Summit in Valencia, and the Google Food Lab Summit.) The full cohort convenes together at every activation, and participants gain access to three of the most influential food systems gatherings of the year.

Who leads the programming?

Designed and led by Aithan Shapira (PhD MFA), Senior Lecturer in Work & Organization Studies at MIT Sloan, TEDx speaker, and internationally acclaimed artist. Aithan brings a team of world-class facilitators, coaches, and artists. The facilitation is adaptive and responsive to what's actually present in the room.

What actually happens during an activation?

Each activation is about arriving, setting intention, and establishing group presence. The master facilitation team delivers experiential sessions applying frameworks to challenges leaders bring. The immersive container prioritizes integration and emergence in order to coordinate efforts. Evenings are informal, consisting of cohort dinners and peer conversations for deeper connection.

Who else will be in the room?

Approx. 20 leaders nominated from Google Food Labs, American Society for Nutrition, and KM ZERO.

Participants include food systems innovators, nutritional scientists, R&D practitioners, agrifood entrepreneurs, and ecosystem conveners. The cohort is intentionally cross-sector so peer learning spans worldviews, not just organizational roles.

What happens between the three activations?

The cohort stays connected through a private community channel for peer exchange, questions, and ongoing dialogue. Aithan and the facilitation team remain available. The between time is designed to be light-touch but meaningful as inner work continues to live in your daily context.

How quickly does the value show up in practice?

Participants consistently report applying insights to organizational strategy and daily leadership within 90 days of their first activation. TILT's approach is immediately translatable; awhere the development and the practice happen simultaneously.

Ready to explore a seat — or bring this to your organization?

InnerPassport cohort capacity is intentionally limited, approximately 20 participants across three organizations, hand-selected in partnership with each org. If you're considering a seat or want to discuss bringing a group, reach out directly to begin the conversation.
