Deep Dives
Alumni Deep Dives are a way for InnerGrowth Alumni to connect & practice our ongoing work together. In addition to our Alumni Whatsapp thread, Zoom calls, and in-person gatherings, we hope these Dives will continue to inspire you with each other, support your effectiveness in the world, and further the coordination of your efforts worldwide.
The topics of the sessions are designed to meet the growth edges of our community, and to address what you share is most alive for you in your lived contexts at this time.
For global accessibility purposes, we will hold 2026 Deep Dives via Zoom for two 1/2-day sessions in September and December. Please see below for program topic descriptions, dates, a daily agenda so you can plan around work/life commitments ahead of time, and payment.
Deep Dive 1 Metacrisis & Development
Focus: Making meaning of current global events from a developmental lens using self-as-instrument and connecting with our own worldviews.
Deep Dive 2 Facilitation Design & Development
Focus: Practice designing learning experiences from a developmental perspective.

Payment
Attendance for one Deep Dive session is $500 USD
Attendance for both sessions in September and December is $800 USD
These are suggested payments and they fully support future TILT InnerGrowth scholarships and ultimately our alumni community, to ensure the program is accessible to those attending to the world’s most critical needs, regardless of their current financial circumstances. InnerGrowth is not profit-generating for TILT. There is an "Other" payment option, so please contribute an amount feasible for you, or message us privately if full financial assistance is needed in this moment.

As you know, TILT Inner growth is a life-long and generational commitment, and people’s current circumstance may not always enable them to pay. TILT does not want finances to be in the way of the right people gathering together in practice at the right time.
