Alumni Session Enrollment
Alumni Sessions are a way for InnerGrowth Alumni to connect & practice our ongoing work together. In addition to our all-community Whatsapp thread, Zoom calls, and in-person gatherings, these Dives will also inspire continued coordination of our efforts worldwide.
The topics of the Alumni Sessions were designed to meet the growth edges of this community, address what’s most alive for your contexts, and serve what’s guiding your attention at this time.
For global accessibility purposes, we will hold 2026 Alumni Sessions via Zoom for two 1/2-day sessions in August and December. Please see below for program topic descriptions, dates, a daily agenda so you can plan around work/life commitments ahead of time, and payment.
Full participation is a requirement.

Focus: Making meaning of current global events from a developmental lens using self-as-instrument and connecting with our own worldviews.
Dates: Aug. 13 & 14, 2026, 9am-1pm ET

Focus: Practice designing learning experiences from a developmental perspective.
Dates: Dec. 10 & 11, 2026, 9am-1pm ET

Payment Structure
Payment is a suggested amount, and goes entirely to the scholarships for next cohorts of the growing TILT InnerGrowth community. If your current financial circumstances are such that you cannot contribute, we encourage you to sign up anyhow—please select “Custom Amount” and type “0”.
Attendance for one Alumni Session is $500USD (suggested)
Attendance for both Sessions in August and December is $800USD (suggested)

TILT’s intention for Alumni of TILT InerGrowth is to consider that how we choose to be together is our legacy.
Further, Inner growth is a life-long and generational commitment, and our current circumstance may not always enable us to pay. TILT does not want finances to be in the way of the right people gathering together in practice at the right time.
