Tim Lilienthal
Coach. Tim is a certified leadership coach and Integral Facilitator who draws deeply on his own experience of development over the last 30 years. From joining the Marine Corps at 18, to being the first in his family to attend college, to living in post-civil war El Salvador, to nearly two decades as an organizer with the nation’s largest multi-racial civil rights organization, Tim has learned how to listen to and follow a deeper sense of calling, and put himself in challenging places that necessitate his own growth and evolution. As coach, Tim finds deep joy and purpose in helping others realize they can be the architects of their own experience, and that they have much more creative power than they realize. Tim has worked with a range of clients, including Ford Motor Company, Los Alamos National Laboratory, U.S. Forest Service, and The Nature Conservancy. Tim is a practitioner of meditation in the Zen lineage. He is a husband and father of two, and when not working or spending time with his family, you’ll likely find him out trail running in the mountains.
Cultures of innovation are lived, not performed.
They're about individuals, not installations. They can be cultivated but they can’t be controlled. They are emergent and evolving. They balance liberation with deliberation in the creative pursuit of brilliant and beautiful outcomes that are unbelievably impactful – on business, on society, on the lives we lead.
