Organization. Potential. Rachel was raised in the mountains of Montana and has an eye for detail. She is a lover of color, innovative design and has a passion for strategy.
As strategist and facilitator, experiential designer and program manager for over 15 years, she has been dedicated to serving individuals and organizations in reaching their highest potential. Rachel is committed to helping others discover the connection between their ‘why’ and their strengths, and her core values of authenticity, community, connection, and creativity can be seen in all aspects of her work and life.
She is a certified Integral Facilitator trained to support individuals and teams to constructively think, dream, argue, envision, trust and connect over a common objective and achieve their goals at a high and doable level. Rachel is based in Bozeman, MT, is a new mom, and loves to travel.
