With an MBA from MIT Sloan and a background spanning people operations, workforce transformation, and executive coaching, Asia brings a rare blend of strategic insight and human-centered leadership to her work. She partners with mission-driven leaders and teams navigating growth, transition, and change, offering a tailored and intentional approach to leadership development.
Asia speaks multiple languages with varying fluency, including Mandarin and French. She is currently based in Minneapolis and has held leadership roles in political operations, HR, supply chain and fulfillment, and program management. Across these environments, she has led teams through high-stakes hiring, operational transformation, people-centered strategy at scale, and organizational redesign.
