TILT 90

90 days. Full Tilt.

Sold Out

We are living in an anxious time.  We have never had more information, and at the same time, we’re experiencing more change at a faster pace than any other time in history.

Technology has enabled us to be ‘on line’ at all times - consuming volumes of information at all times, with no breaks. We are constantly looking outside of ourselves for answers - asking experts, watching TED talks, consulting Google, reading blogs...we’ve forgotten how to look internally for our answers.

The only thing you control is how to be.That’s where certainty lies. And understanding yourself and how you relate to those things outside of you - that’s how you thrive in a constantly changing world.

90 Days in the Tilt Studio

What began as a top-rated leadership development workshop at MIT Sloan is now available as an intimate, highly-interactive 12-week virtual program for 12 global change-makers and leaders.

Expect to engage.

"The experiences and nuances they unpack are impossible to forget—they provide a visual, sensory memory, like a bookmark, that will help to nudge me to make the right decision when the time comes.”

“I got a backstage perspective, literally, of where conditions are optimal for high-performance creativity.”

“Every single thing they did and said was with such purpose and intention, and they did an excellent job of calling attention to their practice in real-time.”

"Now, I am even more aware of how critical it is to model and to set the right conditions for my teams to notice shifts in context and to foster creativity and adaptability. “

“They created the perfect space to experience these conditions in action—when they are working and when they’re not—in a controlled environment.”

Who benefits from this program

Being artfully able to change is the skill of the future. In this program you’ll be cross-pollinating with leaders across industries in government and non-profit to CEOs and change managers.

  • I’m struggling with the anxiety of COVID right now and want to re-examine my goals and what matters to me.

  • I’m a leader with distributed or remote teams who is looking to build strong cultures.

  • It would serve me to have some structure and accountability to invest in my own learning and growth.

  • I would benefit from coaching, but need more structure and community than 1:1 coaching provides.

Ultimately, your success to model the skills and practices that produce agile, innovative, and connected cultures will radiate across your organization, to the clients you serve, and to the systems you influence.

Expect to change together.

The TILT 90 core intention is to enable you to artfully engage change with others in more creative, agile, adaptive ways.
